Lucianna is a labor and immigration lawyer. She has more than 17 years of legal experience advising and representing domestic and international companies on employment mechanisms, modification of working conditions, compliance matrices, occupational safety and health, and preparation and adaptation of internal policies, among others.

She also has experience designing and developing efficient structures of company reorganization and termination structures, preventive planning, labor audits and due diligence reports.

She is an expert in Individual and Collective Labor Law, Social Security, and Immigration Procedures for foreign nationals.
