Founding and managing partner of Mendes Advocacia & Consultoria, responsible for the institutional management of the firm and for its Civil and Corporate practice. As managing partner, he leads the firm's consolidation and growth, with close attention to the relationship with the team, clients and society. In his legal practice, he is called upon in the matters that require strategic intervention: dispute resolution, sensitive negotiations and complex civil and corporate demands. He plays a central role in the main decisions of the firm and its clients, with emphasis on the analysis and negotiation of contracts and on conflict-resolution strategy.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). President of the Commission on Strategy and Leadership in Law Firms of OAB/Pará (2019-2021). Member of the Commission on Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (since 2023).
