Career
Lucas Sant'Anna advises Brazilian and international clients on complex regulatory and contentious matters involving concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and infrastructure projects, including the structuring and negotiation of concession agreements and the defense of clients before courts of audit, internal affairs offices, and other governmental oversight bodies. He teaches PPPs and Concessions at PUC-MG, coordinated the Highways Committee of ABDIB, Brazil's infrastructure and basic industries association, and served as legal counsel to ABCR, the Brazilian highway concessionaires association.
