Luca Perfetti

With over 30 years of experience, Luca Perfetti is a partner in the Italian Public Law and Regulation practice, highly regarded for his work in strategic infrastructure, public procurement and highly-regulated sectors, advising clients at every stage of their engagement with public authorities, including tender procedures, contract awards, execution and litigation.

His experience spans sectors including transportation and logistics, energy, technology, life sciences and health care, sports, media and entertainment, and financial institutions, as well as proceedings before independent regulatory authorities and Foreign Direct Investment procedures.

He is frequently involved in landmark matters relating to privatisations, public finance and public procurement, as well as in cases concerning financial instruments in regulated sectors and in proceedings involving independent authorities, including AEEG, AGCOM and AGCM.

Luca advises public authorities, state-owned and publicly controlled companies, as well as private entities – including listed companies, investment funds, financial institutions and banks – before administrative courts and in complex regulatory proceedings, both in Italy and internationally.
