He also deals with regulatory matters and helped push ahead a number of innovative deals (including assistance with a first issue of project bonds in Belgium, the setting up of a number of covered bond programmes, a public STS compliant securitization transaction of consumer loan receivables in Belgium and an investigation into the regulatory framework for crowd funding).
