Luca Di Marco is a partner who regularly assists major domestic and non-domestic shipping companies on dry and wet matters, including litigation, dispute resolution and debt collection. His litigation practice covers a broad variety of disputes, such as commodity cases, and issues relating to freight-forwarding, carriage of goods by road and ship agency. Whilst predominantly a litigator, Luca has developed extensive experience in negotiating shipbuilding and charter-parties contracts, as well as in assisting clients in matters relating to registration and re-flagging of ships. He has acted for and advised owners and shipyards on various aspects of yacht sale and purchase contracts, building contracts and refit and management contracts, as well as marina terms and conditions. Luca is also regularly instructed by a wide range of foreing lawyers, with whom he has built strong links.
