Brian Dardani

Brian practices his professional activity in the areas of shipping law, transportation and international trade law and focuses primarily on corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

He particularly specializes in the assistance to ship-owners, charterers, ship-management companies, brokers, trading companies for drafting and negotiating contracts and complex transactions or projects, for the organization of groups of companies and corporate governance, as well as for other typically corporate and commercial issues.

From 2008 he worked in international law firms in Milan dealing mainly with corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, non-contentious matters. Since 2012 he is a partner of Dardani Studio Legale.

Brian was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and he is a member of the Milan Bar.
