- Counsel to SIX-listed Panalpina Welttransport (Holding) AG and its board of directors in connection with the CHF 4.6 billion public exchange offer by DSV A/S (listed at NASDAQ Copenhagen)

- Counsel to SIX Group on the carve-out and sale of SIX Payment Services into a strategic partnership with Euronext-listed Worldline at a total consideration of CHF 2.75 billion
