Practice Areas
Lonny Rosen is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Health Law. His practice consists of providing opinions and advice with respect to health care legislation and policies, and representing clients in a wide range of civil and administrative proceedings.
Lonny’s practice is focused on health and regulatory law, and he has specialized in this area since 1999. In 2006, Lonny became certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Health Law.
Lonny is a lawyer, practising in the areas of health and regulatory law. He is also a teacher (Adjunct Professor of Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching Health Law), and a member of and contributor to organizations such as the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations (Chair of the OBA and CBA Health Law Sections), The Advocates’ Society (Director from 2014-2018) and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto (Council member and Chair of an annual program). For ten years, he served as an adjudicator (Senior Lawyer Member of the Consent and Capacity Board),
