Career
Liz Ramsey is a senior associate at Veló Legal and a key member of the firm’s Corporate / Digital (Fintech) department. Her work focuses on implementing legal frameworks for digital platforms, fintech products and technology-based business models. Liz is recognised for her precision in contractual structuring and for her ability to align technical product features with compliant legal documentation, particularly in cross-border contexts.
She advises companies operating in fintech, software, automation, e-commerce and data-driven sectors, supporting their regulatory, contractual and operational needs. Her experience extends to adapting terms of service, privacy policies, IP protections and digital onboarding flows for local and international clients. As part of her professional background, she has also carried out work for Drake University as part of a project developed by the institution.
