Juan Raúl Vega is a senior associate at Veló Legal and a key member of the firm’s Corporate / Digital (Fintech) department. He focuses on transactional advice, regulatory implementation, digital compliance and corporate structuring for high-growth fintech and technology companies, including M&A and investment rounds. His work involves aligning digital products and operational models with Panamanian regulatory requirements, including support for digital onboarding, lending structures, payments infrastructure and AML and KYC frameworks.
