Lisa has experience advising on a wide range of commercial transactions in the financial services industry including sales and purchases of businesses and shares, joint ventures, outsourcing and the appointment of service providers, such as administrators, custodians and investment managers, for a range of clients, including responsible entities and superannuation trustees.
She has been involved in the establishment of various financial services businesses, as well as more specifically on investment products and vehicles (including limited partnerships, listed and unlisted investment and unit trusts, authorised unit trusts and registered managed investment schemes). These vehicles have been intended for a range of underlying investments including equities, real property, mortgages, venture capital and debt. She reviews and advises on product documentation and advertising materials from a regulatory and general legal perspective.
