Lisa Page practises international trade law, specializing in antidumping and countervailing duty trade remedy cases before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Canada Border Services Agency. She represents domestic producer, importer and foreign producer clients in complex original investigation, expiry review, re-investigation, normal value review and injury inquiry proceedings. Lisa provides strategic advice to leading businesses and different levels of government in diverse international trade areas including in customs, import and export controls, economic sanctions and government contracting issues. She assists clients in designing and implementing compliance programs for product and supply chain regulation to meet international and domestic requirements. Lisa advises clients in a range of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, technology and retail. She has wrote and presented extensively on the emerging policy and legal issues related to the implementation of border carbon adjustments in Canada and internationally.
