Lisa Tittemore chairs the Litigation Practice at Sunstein LLP. Tittemore, the firm’s most senior female partner and a Management Committee member, serves as lead counsel in patent, trademark and copyright litigation in federal courts across the nation. She represents clients in business disputes and litigation involving trademark portfolios, while guiding the firm’s overarching efforts in protecting and enforcing clients’ valuable brands and ideas.

• Co-authored the AIPLA’s Supreme Court "Bad Spaniels" Amicus Brief.

• Successfully defended biopharmaceutical company Sage Therapeutics in a trademark dispute against Sage Naturals, which led to defendant changing its name.

• Earned a $20.7 million jury verdict on behalf of client in false advertising and commercial disparagement lawsuit.

• Works with international network of attorneys on prosecution and enforcement of trademark applications and registrations, including matters before the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and other jurisdictions.
