Lindsay Bishop is a litigation partner and trusted advisor who provides clients with practical advice and strategic advocacy, helping them to navigate complex matters. Drawing upon her extensive and varied litigation experience, Lindsay partners with her clients to understand their objectives, works actively to anticipate and mitigate legal risks and develops and implements strategies that align with her clients’ goals and needs.
A member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group, Lindsay focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial disputes, commercial real estate litigation, policyholder-side insurance coverage disputes, construction disputes, government enforcement actions, class action matters, and consumer finance litigation. She has significant experience in federal and state courts as well as before international arbitration panels and other quasi-judicial bodies.
Lindsay has been ranked by Chambers USA for Litigation in the General Commercial category since 2023.
