Lindsay is an experienced pension and benefits lawyer with BMKP Law. She has over 15 years of experience providing strategic and practical advice to both provincially and federally regulated employers, sponsors and plan administrators. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, governance and administration matters for registered pension plans and supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs). She has a wealth of experience advising public and private companies on equity-based compensation arrangements, including stock option plans, deferred share unit (DSU) plans, restricted share unit (RSU) plans and profits interest plans. Lindsay has extensive experience advising clients on the risks and complex issues that arise in connection with pension and employee benefits in the context of corporate transactions, including with respect to equity-based compensation arrangements.
