Linda Imes

Litigation Partner with over three decades of experience in white-collar criminal defense, securities enforcement defense, and complex civil litigation, including substantial trial and appellate experience. Specializes in defending individuals in criminal, securities enforcement, and regulatory investigations and proceedings from investigation stage through trial and appeal. Experienced in defending clients faced with parallel investigations or claims, including complex civil litigation related to ongoing investigations. Frequently works on high-profile matters with significant international aspects.
