With 15 years of profound experience in the intellectual property (IP) field, the professional boasts both national-level patent examination credentials and practical experience in high-end legal services, establishing himself/herself as a seasoned patent expert in the domains of electrical automation, instrumentation, electronics, machinery, etc.

Once serving at the Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), he/she was fully responsible for substantive examination of invention patents, examination of reexamination cases, PCT international search and preliminary examination, preliminary examination and quality inspection of utility model patents. As a core researcher, he/she deeply participated in a number of special patent analysis projects and research topics, accumulating solid technical research capabilities and theoretical foundation in patent law.

After entering legal practice, he/she focuses on core businesses including domestic and foreign patent invalidation, infringement litigation, patent early-warning, corporate patent consulting, and trade secret protection. He/She excels at integrating technical insights with legal strategies in depth to accurately tackle high-difficulty technical patent cases. A number of cases represented by him/her have been successfully selected into the Top 10 Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases of 2024 and the Abstracts of Judicial Opinions of the IP Court of the Supreme People's Court (2024), becoming benchmark cases in the industry. Meanwhile, he/she devotes himself/herself to non-litigation legal services such as IP due diligence, strategic planning, and early risk warning, helping enterprises avoid legal risks from the source. These efforts not only create direct economic value for clients, but also lay a solid foundation for the affiliated law firm to take a leading position in the field of electrical patent legal services.

In terms of team management and client relationship maintenance, he/she has demonstrated outstanding leadership and overall coordination capabilities. Work Highlights

In the pioneering practical work in the emerging field of integrated circuit layout designs, although this field has developed for several years, the relevant legal system remains to be improved, and many legal boundaries are still unclear. I once represented the case with Registration No. GLF71301 and Layout Design Name "GLF71301 (Load Switch)", which involved multiple legal and technical cross-cutting issues such as first commercial exploitation, protected subject matter, and originality determination. Among them, targeting the core legal dispute over "first commercial exploitation", I comprehensively demonstrated the legality and validity of the exclusive right to the subject layout design through multi-angle interpretation of the current legal norms, and the relevant claims were ultimately recognized by the collegial panel. This case was not only selected into the "Top 10 Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases of 2024" by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), but also included in the "Compilation of Key Points of Decisions on Typical Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases of 2024 (III)", and reported by China Intellectual Property News (Page 10, August 6, 2025).

In the civil infringement lawsuit associated with this case, as the plaintiff's attorney, I successfully secured full support for the client's claim of 5 million yuan in compensation. Thanks to our sufficient evidence, rigorous argumentation, and full application of the punitive damages system, the court ultimately applied 1.5 times punitive damages and fully supported all our claims. The successful judgment of this case fully demonstrates my comprehensive professional capabilities as an intellectual property attorney in professional technical interpretation, application of legal rules, and formulation of litigation strategies.

在集成电路布图设计这一新兴领域的开创性实务工作中，尽管该领域已发展多年，但相关法律制度仍有待完善，诸多法律边界尚不明确。我曾代理登记号为GLF71301、布图设计名称为“GLF71301（负载开关）”的案件，该案涉及首次商业利用、保护客体及独创性认定等多重法律与技术交叉问题。其中，针对核心的“首次商业利用”法律争议点，我通过多角度解读现行法律规范，全面论证了涉案布图设计专有权的合法性与有效性，相关主张最终获得合议组认可。该案不仅入选国家知识产权局“2024年度专利复审无效十大案件”，还被收录于《2024年度专利复审无效典型案件决定要点汇编（三）》，并获《中国知识产权报》报道（2025年8月6日第10版）。

在与该案相关联的民事侵权诉讼中，我作为原告代理人，成功为客户争取到全额500万元赔偿款的支持。鉴于我方举证充分、论证严谨，并充分运用惩罚性赔偿制度，法院最终适用1.5倍惩罚性赔偿，足额支持了我方全部诉求。该案的胜诉，充分彰显了我作为知识产权律师在专业技术解读、法律规则适用及诉讼策略制定等方面的综合专业能力。

From 2009 to 2018, I worked at the Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), engaging in patent examination for nearly a decade and accumulating a solid theoretical foundation in patent law and rich practical experience. Since 2020, I have practiced as an intellectual property attorney, with my core business focusing on patent invalidation, patent litigation, and trade secret protection. I have successfully represented multiple typical cases with industry influence, including: representing Fu Microelectronics, the owner of the exclusive right to integrated circuit layout design, in the layout design revocation procedure (Case No.: JC0027, Revocation Decision No. 11); representing Nico Medical Device Co., Ltd. in handling the intellectual property dispute over "removable bonded thrombus device mass" with Medtronic Inc., CNIPA, and the third party Shanghai Sinoway Medical Technology Co., Ltd.; and representing Suzhou Boluo Health Technology Co., Ltd. in successfully invalidating the patent related to the Internet-famous fascia gun of the same style as NBA superstar LeBron James (Invalidation Case No.: 6W113576, Patent No.: 201830409294.2, Patent Name: "Vibration Massage Gun"). Among them, several represented cases have gained authoritative recognition in the industry — the GLF71301 layout design case was selected into the "Top 10 Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases of 2024" by CNIPA, and the vibration massage gun patent invalidation case was included in the "Abstracts of Judicial Opinions of the IP Court of the Supreme People's Court (2024)". In 2025, I was awarded the title of "2025 China's Top 50 Intellectual Property Elite Lawyers Under 50" in recognition of my outstanding professional capabilities.
