Career

From 2009, he entered the intellectual property industry and served as a patent examiner in the State Intellectual Property Office for more than 8 years, during which he was responsible for the examination Utility model, Invention, Design and international PCT. After handled the examination of thousands of patent cases, he has accumulated profound knowledge of Chinese patent law, and is well versed in patent laws and regulations and skilled in patent searching skills. After that, he has served as a patent consultant for large domestic science and technology groups and several electrical enterprises. From 2019 April, he has been working as a lawyer, dealing with technology-related litigation and non-litigation, like patent, trade secret and software copyright.

2009年开始进入知识产权行业，曾在国家知识产权局担任专利审查员超过8年的时间，期间从事于电路领域实用新型专利、发明专利、国际PCT专利的审查，担任兼职复审审查员，处理过上千件专利案件的审查，在专利法领域有着深厚积累，精通专利法律法规和熟练的专利检索技能，连续多年被评为审查质量优秀，之后还担任过国内大型科技集团以及电气类企业的专利顾问，精准把握企业专利体系构建。2019年4月起至今一直担任律师，过往就职于北京安杰世泽律师事务所和上海锦天城北京分所，长期处理专利、商业秘密、软件著作权等技术类诉讼，以及包括知识产权尽职调查、企业知识产权体系建设、专利申请和答复在内的各类非诉业务。

Work Highlights

1.Represented Jiangsu Nico Medical Devices Co., Ltd. in responding to a series of patent infringement lawsuits initiated by Medtronic, successfully invalidated all Medtronic's patents involved in the case, and represented them in administrative litigation, winning the lawsuit. This case was selected as a guiding case by the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court in 2024;

代理上海心玮医疗科技股份有限公司、江苏尼科医疗器械有限公司应对美敦力发起的一系列专利侵权诉讼，成功无效美敦力的全部涉案专利并代理行政诉讼，赢得诉讼结果，该案入选2024年最高人民法院知识产权法庭裁判要旨；

2.Represented Shenzhen Edan Instruments, Inc. in initiating a trade secret infringement lawsuit against a certain company at the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court and won the case. The second instance of this case was selected as one of the top 100 cases by the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court in its five-year review；

代理深圳市理邦精密仪器股份有限公司在深圳市中级人民法院向某公司发起商业秘密维权并赢得诉讼结果，该案入选最高人民法院知识产权法庭5年百大案例；
