In December 1992, Mr. Lihua Wang proposed and established the cooperative Beijing Kaiyuan Law Firm as one of the founders. From the date of establishment to July 2011, he served as the director of Tian Yuan Law Firm. Now he is the chief partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm. Mr. Lihua Wang mainly practice in legal services in securities, M&A, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and intellectual property.

Served as director of the Disciplinary Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association for a long time, executive director of the fifth and sixth councils of the Beijing Lawyers Association (1995-2005)

Employed as a member of the expert advisory group of the Beijing Municipal People's Government (2000-2010)

Served as a full-time member of the seventh and eighth stock issuance review committees of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (January 2005 to April 2007)

Mr. Lihua Wang has presided over and personally participated in hundreds of cases of corporate restructuring, stock issuance and listing, listed company refinancing, company mergers and acquisitions, fund establishment and fund issuance, among which there are many typical cases that have significant influence at home and abroad;

"Stock Issuance and Listing" and "Intellectual Property Litigation" compiled by Mr. Lihua Wang based on the cases he handled have been published by Law Press, the most authoritative legal book publishing organization in China. It is "a book that truly and comprehensively introduces the operation of lawyers", and has been designated by the Ministry of Justice and the All China Lawyers Association as a special teaching material for lawyer training in various places;

As one of the eight double-committee members and one of the five team leaders, Mr. Lihua Wang has presided over or participated in the review of nearly 200 companies' IPO or refinancing or merger and reorganization applications. Therefore, the industry generally believes that Mr. Lihua Wang has a high level of insight in the understanding and application of relevant laws and policies involved in corporate restructuring and listing, refinancing, M&A, and the focus of auditors and their solutions.
