Work Highlights

(1)作为承销商境内律师，协助中国建设银行顺利发行境外10亿美元绿色债券以及20亿离岸人民币蓝色债券。本次蓝色债券是是中国建设银行发行的首支蓝色债券，发行金额达20亿人民币，对创建绿色金融模式、推动绿色经济和蓝色经济的可持续发展具有重大意义。

(2)协助中国的新能源锂电池龙头企业亿纬锂能开展马来西亚工厂建设的融资项目。本次贷款融资交易的贷款资金用于亿纬锂能的汽车动力电池海外生产线改进项目并在马来西亚开发新的工厂和生产线。随着项目的顺利完成以及融资款的发放，亿纬锂能将在境外的新能源电池项目的发展取得新的突破。本项目也将进一步巩固亿纬锂能作为境内新能源电池出海企业代表的地位。

(3)协助中国银行（香港）有限公司开展《个人信息保护法》合规专项法律审查项目。周律师所带领的团队凭借在金融数据合规领域的丰富经验，并积极和相关政府部门进行沟通，帮助中国银行（香港）有限公司实现其个人信息保护合规需求。协助客户整理和梳理超过30项产品和业务的流程并完成合规整改。

(1)Acted as the PRC counsel to the underwriters, assisting China Construction Bank in the successful issuance of a USD 1 billion green bond offshore and a RMB 2 billion offshore blue bond. This blue bond marks the first of its kind issued by China Construction Bank, with an issuance size of RMB 2 billion. It holds significant importance for establishing a green finance model and promoting the sustainable development of the green economy and blue economy.

(2)Assisted EVE Energy Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese new-energy lithium battery manufacturer, in the financing project for the construction of its factory in Malaysia. The loan proceeds from this financing transaction were used for the overseas production line upgrade of EVE Energy's automotive power batteries and the development of new factories and production lines in Malaysia. With the successful completion of the project and the disbursement of the loan, EVE Energy has achieved a new breakthrough in the development of its overseas new-energy battery projects. This project further solidifies EVE Energy's position as a representative domestic new-energy battery company expanding globally.

Assisted Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited in conducting a legal compliance review project under the Personal Information Protection Law. Leveraging extensive experience in financial data compliance and actively engaging with relevant government authorities, the team led by Liang Zhou helped Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited meet its personal information protection compliance requirements. Assisted the client in reviewing and streamlining processes across over 30 products and business lines, and implemented necessary compliance rectifications.
