Dr. Li Wu is qualified as attorney at law and patent attorney in both China and the United States. His practices cover all aspects of intellectual property laws. He mainly focuses on providing a full spectrum of patent law services to the clients in a wide range of technical fields, especially the clients from the pharmaceutical and life science sectors, which include patent prosecutions, invalidations and litigations. Additionally, he is also very experienced in assisting the clients to set up their IP protection and enforcement strategies globally, particularly concerning their complex and advanced technologies, and regularly advises clients in IP matters in connection with their technology transferring and licensing.
Dr. Wu had worked in leading IP firms in both China and the United States, serving variety of clients ranging from startup companies to MNCs. He had also served as an in-house counsel in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Before starting his legal career, Dr. Wu had worked as a scientist in the field of neuroscience for more than 10 years and had published his research work in the world-famous scientific magazine Nature (Vol. 419:947-952).
