Li-Pu Lee is the CEO and Managing Partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law. He holds law degrees from Taiwan and the United States, including a J.D. and LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis. His practice focuses on complex cross-border matters, including commercial disputes, M&A, finance, corporate governance, compliance, and international arbitration. He has acted as lead counsel for multinational clients across Japan, the U.S., and Europe, delivering strategic legal opinions and representing them in high-stakes proceedings, including ICC arbitration, Taiwan-seated arbitrations, and mediations before the Public Construction Commission (Executive Yuan).
