Chiu-Hua Chen is the Managing Partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law. She holds a law degree from Taiwan and completed advanced studies in economic law at Osaka City University, Japan. A bilingual practitioner fluent in Japanese and Chinese, she is qualified as an Attorney-at-Law and Patent Attorney in Taiwan and serves as an arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. Ms. Chen advises on foreign investment, cross-border disputes, competition law, and public construction, and is well known for representing international companies in major administrative appeals and PPP-related litigation and arbitration.
