Career

Leoncio Landáez is a Venezuelan attorney, corporate legal adviser, academic and lecturer with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and labour law. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment matters, business structuring, contractual arrangements and dispute prevention strategies.

He has held senior legal and management positions, assisting companies across diverse industries in navigating complex legal and business challenges. His practice combines technical legal expertise with a practical business-oriented approach, enabling clients to align legal risk management with their strategic objectives.

In addition to his professional practice, Leoncio is actively involved in academic research and legal education. He has participated in conferences, seminars and training programs on corporate governance, labour law, legal management and intellectual property. He is also the author of scholarly works and research in the fields of employment law and intellectual property rights, with particular emphasis on employee-created intellectual works and corporate legal management.
