LANDAEZ's Labour & Employment Law Department advises and legally represents a large number of national and transnational companies in the industrial sector, specifically the food, mass consumption, chemical, and manufacturing industries. Similarly, the banking, health, telecommunications, port, transport, service and trade sectors, mainly located in the states of Carabobo and Aragua. The main services are:

1.       Legal advice on calculations of labor benefits, employment contracts, and management of legal documentation.

2.       Negotiation of Collective Agreements and other types of negotiations with unions.

3.       Defense in lawsuits and labor procedures, such as: lawsuit for social benefits and labor benefits, lawsuits for work accidents and occupational diseases, lawsuits for inventions.

4.       Advice and consultancy on the legal aspects of Occupational Health and Safety.

5.       Labor audits.

Recently, the department successfully closed multi-industry collective bargaining. Likewise, the department managed to emerge victorious from several contentious administrative nullity trials, thus achieving the protection of the interests and rights of its clients.
