Beginning his career in the technology area, he was responsible for the development and implementation of GERPPASS’s litigation management software for companies in the industry and commerce, public sector, automotive, finance, among others.

With extensive experience in Labour Law, Leonardo offers legal counsel on strategic and highly complex cases. At BVA, Carvalho advises clients in the Bank and Financial Institutions, Automotive, Energy, Tech, Infrastructure sectors on labor-related procedures and actively advocates on behalf of the clients' interests.

In the matter of Long-term incentive plans - LTIP, he is one of the most active lawyers in the area, involved in hundreds of LTIP plans, including global structures for implementation, with academic articles and papers produced.
