Leonardo focuses his practice on the labour and social security area, assisting national and foreign clients in litigation and consultancy. Beginning his career in the technology area, he was responsible for the development and implementation of GERPPASS’s litigation management software for companies in the industry and commerce, public sector, automotive, finance, among others.
With extensive experience in Labour Law, Leonardo offers legal counsel on strategic and highly complex cases. At BVA, Carvalho advises clients in the Bank and Financial Institutions, Automotive, Energy, Tech, Infrastructure sectors on labor-related procedures and actively advocates on behalf of the clients' interests.
In the matter of Long-term incentive plans - LTIP, he is one of the most active lawyers in the area, involved in hundreds of LTIP plans, including global structures for implementation, with academic articles and papers produced.

We actively act in defense of Jotun’s interests in labour complaints, mainly concerning outsourcing, focusing in avoiding Jotun's subsidiary responsibility as a service provider.
Banco Société Générale Brasil S.A. (one of the main European groups of financial services - listed on ENX): management of the strategic portfolio of high-value economic proceedings, mainly filed by highly skilled employees. We acted several labor cases, either individual and collective matters.

(global leader in the energy sector) - Assisted Siemens in implementing and supporting several labor projects in all units in Brazil, based on a legal opinion recommending the most suitable model for the business, as well as analysis of the best market practices followed by multinational companies.
