The labour area has been one of BVA's engines since 2019, representing clients with a focus on litigation and advisory legal advice. Our notable performances include:

- Litigation: Strategic management of portfolios encompassing both judicial and extrajudicial disputes relating to employment and labour relations within large and medium-sized companies. This includes preparing defenses for administrative proceedings, handling inquiries and collective disputes before the Labour Public Prosecutor's Office and participating in arbitration proceedings.

­- Advisory: Providing legal advice on due diligence processes, collective negotiations, drafting of agreements, internal policies, opinions, and memoranda. Conducting diagnoses of labour contingencies, reviews and audits of procedures related to labour routine. Additionally, preparing employment and service contracts, and managing the preparation and execution of stock option plans, which may include overseas corporate structures.
