Lee specialises in public law and mental capacity law. He acts for claimants and defendants in judicial review proceedings. He has particular expertise in adult social care and NHS law.
Lee also regularly appears in the Court of Protection, both in welfare and property and affairs cases. Lee is instructed by local authorities, the Public Guardian, the Official Solicitor as well as by court-appointed deputies and family members. Lee appears in other welfare proceedings relating to adults, including applications for forced marriage protection orders and proceedings within the High Court's inherent jurisdiction.
