Layne concentrates on antitrust and business litigation, government investigations and regulatory matters, international disputes and other business problems. He has represented clients in petroleum production and marketing, health care, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance, consumer products, transportation and other industries. Layne has been a first-chair trial lawyer for jury trials, nationwide class actions, injunction proceedings, arbitrations and appeals, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
