Lawrence T Gresser

Lawrence T. Gresser is the co-founder and Managing Partner of the firm, and practices in New York and London. Larry advises clients on complex commercial matters, including international litigation and arbitration, securities law, real estate litigation, partnership and LLC law, executive compensation, and private equity transactions. He serves as outside general counsel to a number of private companies and private equity funds.
