Jonathan S. Abernethy represents clients in white collar criminal and regulatory investigations, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. He has vast experience defending corporate and individual clients in investigations involving securities fraud, SEC regulatory matters, money laundering, wire and mail fraud, antitrust, commodities fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and other white collar matters.
