Lana Pendoski

Lana Lennington Pendoski is a partner with Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs, PC, with a practice devoted exclusively to family law and domestic relations matters. She represents clients in complex divorce cases, property division disputes, custody and parenting matters, premarital agreements, and post-decree litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Lana serves as a registered domestic relations mediator, Guadian Ad Litem, and parenting coordinator, frequently assisting families in navigating high-conflict custody and parenting time disputes.

Drawing on her background in clinical psychology, Lana brings a nuanced understanding to the interpersonal and family dynamics that frequently underlie complex domestic relations matters. This combination of legal experience and behavioral insight helps her to effectively guide clients through sensitive negotiations, high-conflict parenting disputes, and challenging family transitions.

With nearly three decades of experience, Lana can combine practical legal guidance with a deep understanding of the emotional and financial complexities that often accompany family law matters. She offers her clients her ability to remain steady and solutions-oriented during periods of significant transition, helping them make informed decisions while protecting what matters most to them.

Lana is a respected leader within the Indiana family law community. She is the Chair of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s CLE/CME program for Family Law Mediators. A regular speaker and faculty member of the ICLEF Annual Judge Robert H. Stanton Indiana Law Update. Lana is the past-chair of the Indiana State Bar Associations’ s Family Law & Juvenile Law Sectio. She regularly lectures attorneys, judges, and mental health professionals on topics including custody-disputes, child support, property division, ethics, and alternative dispute resolution.

Lana is a Certified Family Law Specialist (as certified by the Family Law Certification Board). She has been selected to Super Lawyers annually since 2019 and is recognized in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Family/Matrimonial Law. Lana is also a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.

Lana earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and her B.S. in clinical psychology, cum laude, from Ball State University. Lana is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar, Tennessee State Bar, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Hamilton County Bar Association.
