Laetitia d’Hanens is a Partner at Gusmão & Labrunie and heads the firm’s Consulting and Contracts practice. She holds an LL.M. in Comparative Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and has built her entire professional career at the firm, where she joined as a junior associate in 1996.

With 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Laetitia has developed a broad practice encompassing legal advisory, trademark portfolio management, contracts, copyright, personality rights, legal marketing, and dispute resolution involving intangible assets.

Her practice combines in-depth legal analysis, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives. She advises on a wide range of Intellectual Property matters through legal opinions and strategic counsel, while also assisting companies in structuring legal strategies, conducting negotiations, and drafting complex agreements.
