Acting for lenders (both private and institutional) and borrowers, Kym has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating loan and security documentation for a variety of real estate financing transactions including CMHC insured loans, term, land and bridge loans, acquisitions, development/construction lending, refinancings, mezzanine/subordinated debt financings and related intercreditor arrangements/priority agreements.

Kym’s background in business and economics and past career as an equities trader, combined with his vast transactional knowledge and experience in law enable him to understand his client’s market and deliver sound, cost-effective, tailored advice that his clients can rely on.
