Dan Giantsopoulos

Dan has an expansive practice with a multi-faceted focus on corporate and commercial law, as well as estate planning and administration, and domestic tax. He represents owners and operators of businesses of various sizes and types, including numerous national and international corporations and organizations, as well as advising various high-net worth individuals and families considering new business ventures. He also advises clients on structuring and executing tax driven corporate reorganizations.

Dan has represented numerous clients with the purchase and sale of a wide variety of businesses in many industries including construction, commercial and industrial manufacturing, fibre optics, professional services and consulting, veterinarian and health care services, advertising, engineering, employment and staffing services, information technology, hospitality, and insurance.
