Kweku Eyiah is a Partner at Ashong Benjamin & Associates with over 30 years professional experience in representing clients in litigation and developing comprehensive litigation strategies in areas such as sale and purchase agreements and share transfer agreements. Aside Kweku’s dispute resolution experience, he has worked on several corporate transactions and has represented corporate clients in various industries such as telecommunications, mining and private security services. Kweku is a sports law subject matter expert and has served the Ghana Football Association (GFA) in various capacities such as the Vice Chairman of the Legal Committee, where he was instrumental in the drafting of GFA’s Statutes and Regulations and the Contracts & Code of Ethics for players and technical staff of the National Teams.
