Kunal is a specialist Corporate and M&A lawyer. He has extensive experience advising on a wide range of M&A transactions, including in relation to joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals (both public and private), delistings, private equity investments and corporate restructuring and reorganisations. He also advises clients (both listed and unlisted) on general corporate, compliance and regulatory (FDI and FEMA) matters.

His clients are Indian and multinational banks and corporates looking to establish and /or expand their business and footprint in India. Kunal worked for Linklaters for over 10 years, two of those as a Partner.

Kunal is consistently recognised by all the relevant publications at the “leading practitioner” and is also recognised at “A” list lawyer in India by IBLJ
