Krzysztof Makosz is an attorney with over eleven years of experience in M&A transactions. In addition to M&A, he specializes in contract law, competition law, and commercial litigation.

His transactional experience includes advising on acquisitions in sectors such as renewable energy, healthcare, laboratory and medical imaging diagnostics, FMCG, IT&C, cosmetics, transportation, video game production, metalworks, building materials, and interior furnishings.

He also has significant experience in handling complex civil, corporate, and criminal disputes for corporate clients and company shareholders, including post-transaction disputes related to representations and warranties.

Krzysztof graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in "Corporate Academy" at the Warsaw School of Economics and "Competition Law" at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
