Krystian Radłowski specialises in litigation and arbitration in the field of commercial company law and civil law. Has strong experience in conducting and coordinating complex litigation proceedings.

Represented and represents clients in hundreds legal disputes in the field of civil law and business law. He is very experienced in corporate disputes, especially in disputes involving proceedings related to the determination of rights to shares. Has represented Polish and foreign entities in numerous court proceedings related to the annulment and revocation of shareholders' resolutions, determination of the non-existence of resolutions, and exclusion of shareholders from the company.

Expert in the field of compensation litigation, including disputes over the damage caused to the creditors of a subsidiary company by the actions of a shareholder. As part of his practice, he has also advised and advises on numerous disputes in the energy, banking, finance, construction, road and railway sectors. Has also extensive experience in representing clients in the trial preparation stage, as well as during mediations and negotiations aimed at an amicable conclusion of disputes.
