Bartłomiej Jarco

Bartłomiej Jarco specialises in litigation and arbitration in the field of energy law, commercial company law and civil law. He has extensive experience in conducting and coordinating complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in various sectors, including those taking place in various jurisdictions.

He has represented Polish and foreign entities in court and arbitration proceedings related to the annulment and revocation of shareholders’ resolutions. He has also a broad experience in advising and representing clients in the proceedings for recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards including foreign arbitration awards (e.g. awards issued by VIAC, LCIA and ICC).

He specialises also in the proceedings for annulment of the arbitration awards issued before Polish arbitral tribunals. He also specialises in energy law, in particular issues related to renewable energy sources. Expert in the field of compensation litigation, including disputes over the damage caused to the creditors of a subsidiary company by the actions of a shareholder.

As part of his practice, he has also advised on numerous unfair competition disputes including disputes concerning the operation of stem cell banks.
