Kristine Manoukian

Kristine advises ad hoc groups, creditors, purchasers and other investors on all aspects of restructurings (in- and out-of-court), recapitalizations, exchanges, workouts and distressed situations, with a particular focus on the representation of investment funds and financial institutions.

In addition to representing ad hoc groups, creditors, purchasers and investors in distressed situations, Kristine has represented debtors and official committees in Chapter 11 cases and companies in post-restructuring matters.
