Meet Kristi, an experienced Partner at WIDEN who has been practicing as an Attorney since 1998. Kristi mainly deals with corporate and employment law. She is a Nasdaq First North Certified Advisor. Kristi has extensive experience advising on various financing transactions, including bond issues, and performs the duties of a collateral agent.

She is also competent in conducting merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Kristi has been working as the editor-in-chief of Äripäev’s Employment Law blog for a long time and has been an invited speaker at various conferences and trainings.
