Kota Kikuchi is a founding partner of Kaynex Law Offices focused on corporate and finance transactions.

Kota advises both international and Japanese domestic clients in strategic transactions and relationships and has a wealth of experience representing investors and financial institutions in asset financing and leveraged buyout financing projects. He has also represented various international financial institutions, investors and contractors in the development, construction and financing of major real state and renewable energy projects. Kota also has extensive experience with investigations arising under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption legislation.

Career

Before joining Kaynex, Kota advised clients at a leading international law firm’s Tokyo and Los Angeles offices.
