Konstantinos is specialised in the area of Dispute Resolution. He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes. He has particular expertise in disputes relating to corporate governance, minority shareholder rights and infringement of shareholder agreements, and litigation resulting from internal restructurings, liquidations, and insolvency. POTAMITISVEKRIS’ white-collar crime department head Konstantinos Papadiamantis has more than twenty-five years experience in representing parties in white-collar criminal cases. He has defended individuals and executives of major firms and banks against accusations for breach of trust, fraud, stock market offences, health and safety offences, defamation, etc. Moreover, he has covered the criminal aspect of various regulated activities (competition, tax evasion) and AML issues. Recently Konstantinos and his team acted as legal advisors in forensic procedures undertaken in Greece.
