KoKo counsels companies on compliance requirements from governmental agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), and the DOL, and assists with the requisite disclosure and documentation requirements. She represents companies and individuals in the preparation of employment-based immigrant petitions and permanent residence applications.
