• Cheshire Estate and Legal Ltd v Blanchfield & Ors: Expedited 6-day trial for springboard and injunctive relief following breach of duty by former directors; permission to appeal granted by the Court of Appeal.
• FCA v Steel & Foster: Acting for the defendant IFA directors in a £7M action brought by the regulator that sought to redefine the liabilities of IFAs by effectively stripping away corporate veil protection.
