Kevin M. Flannery, a partner in the firm's intellectual property group, is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who represents clients in complex patent and trade secret cases across a wide spectrum of technology areas. Mr. Flannery has extensive experience acting as lead trial counsel in patent cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, electronics, computer software, and consumer products. He also represents branded clients in litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
