He has been instructed in many high-profile fatal accident cases including attendance at inquests and public inquiries, and advises in respect of HSE and corporate manslaughter investigations. He is dual qualified as a Chartered Health and Safety Professional as well as a solicitor and is a former Vice-President of the Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Kevin holds the National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
