Kevin is Head of Health and Safety and Regulatory at Pinsent Masons specialising in health, safety, transport, environmental disputes, building safety and fire law, and related criminal litigation. He provides pro-active compliance advice on a wide range of health and safety and regulatory issues to clients in all sectors (including infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, retail, transport and property management), as well as responding to incidents when they happen. He has been instructed in many high-profile fatal accident cases including attendance at inquests and public inquiries, and advises in respect of HSE and corporate manslaughter investigations. He is dual qualified as a Chartered Health and Safety Professional as well as a solicitor and is a former Vice-President of the Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Kevin holds the National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
