Ketan Bhirud has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in government investigations as well as administrative, litigation, and appellate matters. As a former government appointee at the state and federal level, Ketan brings a deep understanding of the regulatory climate to his representation of corporate clients.

Ketan gained invaluable experience as the former deputy general counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as general counsel for the Office of the Nevada Attorney General. He leverages this experience to assist clients as they navigate regulatory actions, state attorneys general investigations, or face high-stakes litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, gaming, real estate, insurance, and information technology.
